Communications
Specialist*
Your role:
Facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive
communication and PR strategy
Ideate compelling story angles to help promote all
aspects of BAADER internally and externally
Establish and maintain a collaborative working
relationship with individuals throughout the global
organization
Positively and proactively promote the BAADER
culture, brand, and the individuality of its various
business units
Unify internal communications across locations,
including developing tools for communications
across teams, sites and countries
Create engaging content for a variety of
communication channels including video, emails,
online and print; provide text and content to product
marketing, ensuring high quality and visually
appealing content
Develop and disseminate communication to promote
BAADER key topics and differentiators
Make routine edits and proof-read content
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications,
PR, marketing, business or equivalent
Relevant experience in a similar position, with
passion for corporate communications and the ability
to find compelling stories in unlikely places
Good writing and editing skills along with the ability
to ingest information and distill it to its essence and
an
Interest in supporting others to improve their
writing/editing skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building
abilities in interacting with management and
colleagues at all levels, external partners and
contacts
Diplomatic manner, cooperative, team-oriented work
approach and intercultural sensitivity
Self-motivation, initiative, and the willingness to
contribute to cross-departmental initiatives
