The Internal Communications team is looking for a Senior Manager, contributing to the sustainable long-term company success with engaging communication for our employees. Tasks & responsibilities:

Leadership and executive communication will be your focus in this role. Video is one important channel for this to support the Implementation of the corporate strategy by creative and strategically planned, developed and executed communication efforts.
You provide strategic advocacy to leaders as well as in change and transformation projects.
Furthermore, you lead the development of communication strategies and objectives.Thereby, you ensure that strategy and associated initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Your tasks also include the development and execution of communication plans and content as part of the overall editorial portfolio of employee communication in Germany and worldwide.
As wewant to develop permanently, you will also contribute to other projects to further enhance ourinternal communication capabilities (e.g. strategically developing communication channels and formats).

Requirements:

University degree (Master), preferably in communication sciences, business administration, PR orjournalism. Further training e.g. in change management, journalism or development and Implementation of communication strategies is favorable.
Fewyears of professional experiences in an international communications function (internal or external communications, marketing or similar) as well as profound expertise internal communications as a strategic element of corporate governance.
Business experience and passion for video formats as well as in collaborating directly with the top management.
A true team player to drive collaboration and communication across multiple cross-functional teams, building and maintaining cohesive cross functional working relationships, soliciting opinions and seeking alignment from senior management.
In-depth project management know-how, strong conceptual and strategic thinking as well as experiences in change management and transformation projects.
You demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills as well as expert-level oral communication skills in German and English.
