Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Global Talent Management
YOUR TASKS:
Execute various projects in our Talent Management focus areas: Global Onboarding, Performance Management, Development and Career Experience and Succession Planning
Conduct talent needs analysis to identify gaps across the Talent Management lifecycle and recommend improvements in support of the development of teams and employees
Support Global Talent Management in developing effective people solutions by crafting clear concepts for instructional design initiatives
Design materials that are aligned to relevant audiences, engaging, easy-accessible and in line with instructional design methodologies
Support Global Talent Management in creating new, digital Talent Management standards and optimizing processes
Support regional HR teams in development planning as well as year-end performance reviews and calibration cycles
Build personal credibility as a Talent Management professional through engagement in team forums as well as building positive relationships with team members and key partners

YOUR QUALIFICATION:
University degree or professional equivalent in HR, Organizational Development or Psychology
Additional qualifications in related areas such as instructional testing or psychometric testing are beneficial
3-5 years proven experience in a regional Talent Management related area
Demonstrated experience and deep proficiency in one or more areas of instructional design, competency implementation, succession planning or performance management
Passion for digital HR trends and solutions, especially in the area of eLearning design
Very good analytical and conceptual skills – in the form of effective presentations and process documentations
Capable of working autonomously and with self-initiative
Experience in working successfully with cross-functional and remote-based teams
