THE ROLE

In the position as Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (m/f/d), you will join a driven and highly supportive team of HR specialists. You will take ownership over scaling our engineering teams, and ensuring Vimcar can find and attract the best tech talent.

You drive the end-to-end recruiting processes for our growing technology department.

You collaborate closely with, and act as a trusted advisor to both new and experienced hiring managers.

You maintain consistent traffic across our tech pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals and developing creative strategies to source and attract top tech talent.

You continue to raise the bar in terms of candidate experience, by innovating and implementing thoughtful approaches to recruiting.

You are passionate about key HR topics, and own projects (such as employer branding, or candidate experience) alongside your recruiting responsibilities.

YOUR PROFILE

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or in an agency.

1+ years focussed on recruiting for software engineering roles.

Experience sourcing software engineers on channels like Github or Stackoverflow.

Ability to support and empower team members, hiring managers and candidates alike.

Passionate about driving candidate experience.

Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Strong communication skills in English.
