We are now looking for a Reward specialist to join our global HR Reward team at RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST) on a permanent basis. The role shall be based in our headquarters in Essen (Germany) and will report to the Head of Reward.
This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward specialist to join an international leading energy trading house which is in a period of growth. As Reward specialist you will support the team in designing competitive and innovative total reward activities so that we can attract and retain the talent we need to achieve our business goals across all locations. Duties will include supporting and co-ordinating the annual bonus and salary review process – creating the annual timetable, moderate bonus and salary proposals and prepare analysis as required. Furthermore, you will be responsible for benchmarking market data in order to develop long-term strategies. As our business is growing, you will support to develop strategies for moving our employees across borders and countries and come up with recommendations for adopting our reward framework accordingly. You have Excel superpowers, processing big data volumes is your thing, drive your decisions through simplifying data and have an eye for detail. You will work hand in hand with the operational HR team members and HR Business Partners to ensure close alignment in terms of business goals.
