For our Social Media team located at our Global Headquarter in Düsseldorf we are currently looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d).

Join a highly professional and dynamic team and drive the social media communication for our global brand channels, supporting local social media marketing and communication initiatives for the GROHE brand.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the monthly social media calendar for the creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube on global and local channels
- Coordinating with the content team you are responsible for monthly paid content and support with social advertising
- You effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding the production of high-quality content on social media
- You manage reporting and monitoring activities including implementation of lessons learned
- You are responsible for the administration of users on social media platforms (Facelift) and support with further roll-out of the platforms to countries
- You manage and support community management including coordination with internal stakeholders
- You are responsible for ongoing influencer relations, from answering to cooperation requests to handling logistics
- You monitor trends in social media communication and apply best practices to further develop own content creation
You should have the following qualifications:
- University degree in marketing or communications
- About 5 years experience as a Social Media Manager or a relatable position and successful management of advertising campaigns on social media
- Strong personal social media presence in multiple social networks and strategic expertise
- Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, writing skills and experience in PR are beneficial
- Experience in working with community management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Facelift, etc.
- Experience in monitoring platforms like Brandwatch, Ubermetrics, Talkwalker, etc.
- Good experience in using Facebook Business Manager
- User expertise in Adobe Photoshop
- English fluent, German basic mandatory
