Your future plans
- Develop and implement RWE’s global people brand strategy
- Increase RWE’s visibility internationally as an employer of choice
- Ensure that candidate experience is coherent to our culture and values
- Provide unique features according to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) framework and toolbox
- Design strategic Employer Brand (EB) campaigns and support execution on a local, functional and global level
- Monitor developments in employer branding and act accordingly
- Manage the group-wide HR content for the social media channels and be the interface to the Communication department
- Prove EB efficiency via respective KPIs
- Develop, lead and coordinate communication activities regarding HR internally and externally
Your powerful skills
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Management, or similar
- Long-standing experience and proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a global employer brand
- Adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders and ability to understand and navigate the political landscape and influence in a complex and global environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Experience in working across borders and cultures
- Drive, resilience and strong self-motivation
- Experience and passion working in virtual teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
