Senior HR Manager Germany (m/f/d) - southern Hesse - südliches Rhein-Main-Gebiet
We place HR experts and leaders – in permanent or interim positions. On behalf of our client – a leading global manufacturer of construction, agriculture and landscaping equipment, attachments, and services – we are looking for a Senior HR Manager Germany (m/f/d), located in the south of Hesse and responsible for managing the HR teams in two sites in Germany. The client employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide and is home to world-renowned brands. The two German entities compromise of approximately 250 employees currently.
The Role:
- Overseeing HR operations in the sites and ensuring that the HR team in the sites have a good understanding and knowledge of HR programs, policies, processes & systems to ensure they are providing high quality support to customers
- Ensuring all payroll processes and employee data transactions are completed accurately
- Supporting process for salary reviews, long & short-term incentive exercises such as bonus, profit sharing, etc. in the country and management of local vendors (benefits, etc.)
- Development, implementation und updating of local policies
- Defining the strategy and planning the recruiting of employees according to business needs in agreement with relevant leaders
- Defining the strategy and supervising the negotiation of labor agreements taking in consideration the business needs and country regulations
- Supervising and supporting restructuring projects as required
Your Profile:
- Min. Bachelor's degree, with appropriate focus on HR
- Multiple years of HR work experience, including a good overview of all HR activities, ideally in an international area and matrix environment
- Solid foundation in labor law
- Excellent knowledge of payroll, taxes, benefits and managing queries from auditors
- Proven success in leading change initiatives
- Experience working across country borders with the proper understanding and respect for cultural difference
- Good organizational and strategical skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to read, write and speak and understand English and German on high level
