System Administrator & IT Service Desk Manager

Your key responsibilities

• To serve as single point of contact for IT users
• To ensure smooth operation of our Servers & Services
• Overlook our Mailing Systems
• Reporting to: Head of Operations

• Monitoring
  • Ensure Quick Response to critical outages - Web Servers, Google Services, Wifi
• User Support
  • Help a growing team of currently 35 internal and external users with individual Hardware/Software configurations
• Servers & Services
  • Maintain 2 Linux Servers hosted on Google Cloud Compute Engine
  • Manage 60 Google Workspace Accounts
  • Administration of CRM System
  • Administration of Mailing System
  • Backup Management
  • Data Security
  • Interface to system specialists and external service providers
• Viena Office Intrastructure
  • Office Access and Security System
  • Office Video Conferencing System(s)
  • Wifi & LAN Network - 25+ Users

• Successfully completed vocational training in the IT environment or a comparable qualification
• Strong service and customer orientation, team and "can-do" spirit
• Good knowledge of Mac & Windows and common standard applications is mandatory
• Good Knowledge of Linux Server Administration is mandatory
• Experience with Google G-Suite/Workspaces, Google Cloud & Gmail is an advantage
• Experience with CRM Systems & Mailing Systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a bonus
