System Administrator & IT Service Desk Manager
Your key responsibilities
- To serve as single point of contact for IT users
- To ensure smooth operation of our Servers & Services
- Overlook our Mailing Systems
- Reporting to: Head of Operations
- Monitoring
- Ensure Quick Response to critical outages - Web Servers, Google Services, Wifi
- User Support
- Help a growing team of currently 35 internal and external users with individual Hardware/Software configurations
- Servers & Services
- Maintain 2 Linux Servers hosted on Google Cloud Compute Engine
- Manage 60 Google Workspace Accounts
- Administration of CRM System
- Administration of Mailing System
- Backup Management
- Data Security
- Interface to system specialists and external service providers

Viena Office Intrastructure
- Office Access and Security System
- Office Video Conferencing System(s)
- Wifi & LAN Network - 25+ Users
- Successfully completed vocational training in the IT environment or a comparable qualification
- Strong service and customer orientation, team and "can-do" spirit
- Good knowledge of Mac & Windows and common standard applications is mandatory
- Good Knowledge of Linux Server Administration is mandatory
- Experience with Google G-Suite/Workspaces, Google Cloud & Gmail is an advantage
- Experience with CRM Systems & Mailing Systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a bonus
