WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We offer you an exciting and challenging work environment as a Recruiting Manager (full-time or part-time) in a permanent position in Berlin. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process from start to finish for all our offices, as well as responsibility for our employer branding and university marketing. Your tasks will include:
Recruiting
- Ownership of the entire process of full cycle recruitment for our international offices, incl. aligning with managers, screening, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates
- Analysis and improvement of our recruitment processes and implementation of improvement measures to optimize the candidate experience
- Identification of suitable recruitment formats and channels as well as the observation and implementation of recruitment trends
- Active sourcing to find market research specialists via various online portals and social media channels
Employer Branding and University Marketing
- (Further) Development and implementation of our employer branding incl. a social media strategy in close cooperation with the marketing team
- Close partnership with all stakeholders in ensuring communication and measures are aligned with our EVP (employer value proposition)
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to represent Factworks e.g., on career sites, at university and career fairs, conferences
- Building partnerships with universities incl. organization of presentations and teaching
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have successfully completed your studies or have a comparable qualification. You've already got 3+ years experience in recruitment (end-to-end) and active sourcing, and are confident in managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish for our German as well as for our US office. Independent of your age, you enjoy working in an innovative and dynamic team and you are enthusiastic in finding the right people for Factworks.
For this role you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong communicator on all levels with fluency in English and German
- An energetic and dynamic relationship builder who likes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to quickly grasp new requirements as well as a reliable and flexible approach
- Willingness to take responsibility for recruitment and employer branding
