The position is based in Munich (Feldkirchen).

We are looking for an HR professional to contribute towards the Getinge Business goals and the Human Resources Function at Getinge. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working in the Critical Care organization with highly skilled employees. In this HRBP role you will primarily focus on supporting the Feldkirchen site with 70 employees but also support the wider Critical Care organization based in Solna. You will be directly responsible for translating the business objectives to HR initiatives and solutions, as well as handling the local hands-on and administrative HR tasks. You will also be driving projects and initiatives across Critical Care to drive e.g. engagement and organizational change. You will be reporting to the HR & Sustainability Director, Critical Care.

Responsibilities will include:  

• Consultation to managers and employees in HR matters
• Partner with employees and leaders to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
• Drive Talent management and succession planning together with managers 
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures locally, and continuously drive process improvement. Where applicable in collaboration with colleagues across Getinge.  
• Manage Labour law matters and relationships including works council relations and negotiations 
• Drive Employee engagement initiatives and support action planning
• Manage Local compensation & benefits including annual compensation processes
• Manage HR Administrative tasks such as employee contracts, HR system administration (mainly Success Factors), administration of company pension scheme and time recording system and payroll collaboration with outsourced provider
• Manage HR KPIs and reports, analyse data and present trends and recommendations.
• Participate or drive projects to impact e.g. culture, engagement or ways of working within Critical Care

Your experience includes: 

• Academic degree degree and/or a combination of education and related work experience
• Proven experience and knowledge of principles and practices in HR
• Effective oral and written communication skills – both German and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Solid understanding of how to translate business challenges and opportunities to HR Initiatives
