We are currently seeking a Digital Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team.

Main Responsibilities:

An effective and reliable business partner of the Public Affairs and Communication Department, the Digital Communication Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the digital communication strategy in Germany to present Huawei corporate culture and values, by reaching interactive dialogue with all corporate target groups.
• Developing the digital corporate brand and social media communication strategy.
• Creating content for corporate digital media.
• Proactively plan creative, compelling and targeted digital communications activities and campaigns.
• Managing localization of global campaigns and digital activities.
• Ensuring a consistent corporate presence on the website.
• Monitor/listen to social media audiences and external stakeholders to establish and update lists of influencers, and suggest modern and innovative digital content.
• Agency and external suppliers’ management.
• Participate in company’s CSR activities, especially Digital Seeds (www.digitalseeds.de), such as social media communication and technical support for application process, web form etc.

Requirements:

• Ideally bachelor degree in Media, Design, Online Marketing, Communication Sciences or related.
• Ideally some years of professional experience in digital communication.
• Experience in creation of innovative digital (corporate) content on different channels, and for different audiences.
• Deep understanding of digital channels.
• Ideally experienced in working with state-of-the-art authoring tools like Adobe Creative software, web development.
• Ideally experience in managing external agencies, suppliers and budgets.
• Self-starter who is energetic and motivated, and desires to go the extra mile with a passion for creating new content.
• Strategic thinking, independent hands-on mentality, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Native German and fluent English are required.
