Job summary:

We are looking for an HR Business partner with a passion for digitalization to partner with and support our global ONE Digital team in all HR related aspects. Our ONE Digital team focuses on all global digital products and is developing new ways to offer the best experience for our customers by significantly improving the selling and marketing processes for AGCO and its distribution partners. The team is enhancing every digital customer-facing function across the entire customer journey to offer our customers an integrated, seamless experience. Customers will soon enjoy a consistent, best in class, personalized experience across all channels.

You bring a track record as an HR Business Partner supporting functions or businesses on a regional /global level and have partnered with the business to lead transformations from a people perspective previously. Ideally you have been part of digital transformations within your own HR function and know how to lead people through change. Ideally, you have a good understanding of commercial functions selling through a dealer network to end customers. You bring a holistic view of the business, a forward thinking approach and a digital mindset. You are willing and eager to learn.

In this role you will be the HR Business Partner for the Program Management and all program members consulting and advising in all aspects of HR from developing a strategy to identify, acquire and retain the right digital talent in our organization and in the market, define job requirements, assess future skill needs and training requirements, ensure high employee engagement supporting the digital product management and digital transformation team. You will also serve as the key point of contact for HR Business partners in the various locations as well as globally and align with them re implications and talent needs for our digital strategy.

What you will do

• Organizational Development: support the Digital Program team (ca. 400 people, internal team and external implementation partner) in ensuring the right program set up, clear roles and responsibilities are defined and lived; identify structural challenges and facilitate change
• Partner with Program Management and business stakeholders as well as HR organization within Europe and globally as well as respective Centers of Excellence for key HR processes such as: performance management, Talent Development and Succession Planning and Compensation & Benefits
• Talent Acquisition: implement and accompany key initiatives from an employer branding perspective to attract digital talent to AGCO and offer development opportunities for internal talent
• Workforce Planning: internal skill assessment of capabilities needed in the future for digitalization in cooperation with the Business Leaders & Talent Management: define strategy of developing and acquiring needed talent
• Team Culture: drive initiatives in partnership with program management to further develop and promote a high performance team culture according to AGCO and agile values and principles
• Influence key stakeholders by building a trustful relationship, courage to speak up and address issues and collaboratively work on finding solutions
• Challenge the status quo and adapt HR processes as needed to fit the digital environment without compromising on legal requirements

What you will bring

• University degree ideally in HR/Psychology/business
• At least 8 years of HR business partner experience
• Experience in partnering with digital teams and in accompanying digital transformations
• Experience in Supporting Project/Program Management and experience with agile working methodologies is a plus

A plus if you have

• Solid Change Management experience
• Experience working in a matrix organization and international environment
• Understanding of HR best practices
• Willingness to travel
