About the role
In this role the People experience manager will manage our EMEA team and support our Operations Center and Customer Service teams on the ground in Berlin. This person will be responsible for partnering with the operations teams on all activities from employee relations, performance management, change management, interviewing, and organization support. In this role, the PX Manager will have skills of influence and diplomacy and will be, proactive, courageous and inspiring.
What you will do
- The PX Manager, EMEA will have a number of critical responsibilities focused on partnering with different departments, scaling our processes, and evolving our employee value proposition strategy:
- Oversee all aspects of Employee Relations for the business area(s) they support.
- Lead and develop Regional PX Team (EMEA)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose and strategy of the business and design and implement a relevant people support strategy.
- Partner closely with Regional business leaders and recruiting to develop hiring plans that support the Company’s business objectives and strategies.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring candidates to ensure we bring diverse talent into the organization and support their development and retention to ensure alignment with our goals.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose and strategy of the business and design and implement a relevant people support strategy.
- Establish effective partnerships with team leaders as a tenured business partner, providing guidance across key talent decisions, advice and expertise tailored for specific business needs.
- Utilize data to drive informed people decisions to identify trends; determine root cause of issues and develop effective organizational solutions.
- Understand and take an influencing role in the application of StockX's total reward philosophy through proactive consultation with the business and partnership with the compensation team.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Experience with employee relations
- Proven ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude
- Capable of building credible relationships quickly at the highest level and inspire trust and confidence
- Proven ability to deal effectively with change and ambiguity
- Proven ability to prioritize workload whilst providing excellent service to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to deliver operational, project and strategic deliverables
