Your future plans
- Act as point of contact on compensation and benefits questions
- Support the Head of Reward in developing, implementing and embedding our reward strategy across all locations from both an operational and strategic perspective
- Provide guidance in reward topics (e.g., base pay, incentive plan management, salary benchmarking, pension management, benefits management, equal pay audits, bonus and salary review)
- Support and coordinate the core cyclical reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments
- Develop job evaluation, grading and benchmarking activities and collect and analyse external survey data in order to devise long-term strategies
- HR controlling: Develop and deliver people analytics and reporting requirements to identify trends and deliver solutions
- Develop and manage big data models with Excel, VBA and Power Query and promote the usage of our HR systems
- Help shape our compensation approach, review existing policies and processes and improve them where necessary
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits structures for new markets
- Assist in the development of strategies for moving our employees across borders and countries and come up with recommendations for adopting our reward framework accordingly
Your powerful skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance etc. from a four-year college or university
- Experience in an analytics, reward and/or related HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, ambiguous and international environment
- Experience in benchmarking and evaluation methods as well as job evaluation
- Analytical mindset enabling you to support data-driven decision-making
- Entrepreneurship and ability to align reward policy to business objectives
- Outstanding Excel and financial modelling skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Affinity for HR technology and platforms, experience with SuccessFactors advantageous
- Fluency in English and German
