To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Senior Talent Attraction Manager - Recruiting (Fashion area) (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the best Candidate Experience and the delivery of an efficient and quality driven service to our hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end
• Build assessments of candidates in cooperation with hiring managers
• Ability to manage hiring managers' expectations through a good understanding of their work
• Collaborate with the Talent Sourcer in building an effective sourcing following our business goals
• Support the Team Lead Talent Attraction – Fashion in supervising the team and training Junior colleagues
• Support the Talent Attraction team in improving recruitment related projects and internal processes in order to develop Mytheresa as the employer of choice
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and with other peers within the HR department

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Law, Fashion Management and/or related topics
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Attraction in a fast paced environment
• Ability to successfully manage, prioritize and negotiate with the ability to pushback and create a sense of urgency
• Experience with an ATS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and digital recruitment tools as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
• A true team player that enables and empowers others
• Fluent in English
