RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to develop accurate marketing personas, buyer journeys, useful value propositions and key messages to target groups
Create, organize and implement communication campaigns online and on social media channels to increase follower base, thought leadership and conversion
Develop strategic inbound marketing plans that drive successful lead generation and product launch campaigns
Constantly write, publish and promote content in English on owned and earned media channels (website and LinkedIn) using trending stories, case studies, white papers etc.
Constantly broadening the channels’ content portfolio
Continuous technical development of websites and customer platforms
Drive enhancement of customer platforms to grow brand visibility, engagement and conversion
Ensure that the website content is always up-to-date and tailored to the target audience
Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
Partner with digital marketing, marketing automation and web development experts to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed well and in a timely fashion
Monitor the success of marketing campaigns by using advanced digital tagging and metrics to ensure that key performance indicators are met, and campaigns demonstrate a positive return on investment
Provide monthly reporting to team lead that includes recommendations to enhance future campaign performance

REQUIREMENTS

You have a strong knowledge of Social Media Communications, Content Marketing and Channel Management
You have 3+ years of experience in marketing / communications within a social media savvy company, an e-commerce platform or a digital agency
Keen interest in emerging digital technologies
Experience with defining content strategy, creating online campaigns, community management
Track record in inbound marketing and lead generation activities
Hands-on, demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, or equivalent) are a must
SEO, SEA, Google Analytics (or equivalent) experience required
You work independently, are well-organized, structured, get things done
You have a transparent working style, collaborating openly and proactively with team members
You have great time management skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Native in German and/or English language
