development and digitization of the Human Resources function

HR Data Analytics &
Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) Berlin, Cologne or Hamburg

Main tasks & responsibilities:

Lead data maintenance and improvement of people data quality in Workday (HRIS)
Work closely with local HR/Finance teams to reach high level of data consistency
Ensure accurate people data for global staff reporting (headcount/FTE) in close collaboration with the colleagues from global Controlling

Perform mass data uploads including data gathering, consolidation and validation
Participate in data mapping exercises within different legacy systems
Develop and maintain global and local standard reports
Provide a support service for internal stakeholders

What you should bring:

Substantial experience in data structures, data analytics, validation procedures and reporting
Experience in working with Workday, especially with the HCM module and reporting
Ability to explain data quality impact in a nontechnical way

Advanced Excel skills
Good communication skills, fluency in English and at least intermediate German language skills
EU work permit
