Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Maintain employment and contract data accurately and timely in Workday (HRIS)
- Work closely with HR & Finance teams, e.g. on data collection tasks, and collaborate on the development and sharing of best practices
- Administer employment data changes according to the employee lifecycle
- Provide a support service for internal stakeholders
- Provide introductory Workday trainings to specific employee groups
What you should bring:
- Experience in administering personnel data in human resources or payroll systems
- Understanding of core HR processes in the employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of Workday or other HR systems advantageous
- Affinity to tasks that require a high degree of detail orientation and confidentiality
- Ability to work and communicate well across different offices, countries and functions
- Capability to prioritize effectively and manage different stakeholders’ interests
- Fluent English and at least intermediate German language skills, additional French language skills would be ideal
- EU work permit
