Human Resources Advisor / Personalberater/in (m/w/d)

Based in our Berlin Study Centre
The Opportunity: We have a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced HR Advisor to be based in our Berlin Study Centre, to manage day to day people queries, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed. This is a stand-alone role that reports in to the People Business Partner for International, based in the UK. You will support the development of policy, and manage routine casework in accordance with existing policy and procedures. You will also support the People Services function based in the UK.
About You: You must have experience of working in an HR function, with a good knowledge of local employment legislation, and an understanding of data protection principles. You will need to have written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, along with good interpersonal skills to be able to build strong relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
