Senior People & Culture Manager (f/m/d) as Parental Leave replacement

What you will do

  • Advising the leadership team and be the general point of contact for your colleagues for any HR related topics to co-develop and foster a great employee experience

  • You will lead the People & Culture team on an interim basis

  • Together with the team you are responsible for all topics in terms of People Operations: including but not limited to preparing contracts, managing employee data in our HR Software (Personio) as single source of truth, preparing the monthly payroll, onboarding and offboarding of employees

  • You find the best talent for gitti through a variety of channels and recruiting activities

  • You keep our ATS up to date and use provided data to make sharp decisions

  • You accompany our candidates through the entire process, build a long-term relationship with talents and thereby ensure an excellent candidate experience

  • Project based work, such as e.g. driving our Employer Branding activities to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, Health Management, and much more

  • You become a respected and trusted partner of our Leadership Team and our Managing Directors

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing and very dynamic start-up environment

  • Very good knowledge of German labor law is a must

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both German and English

  • You are a people person and have the ability to express empathy and general care towards colleagues

  • Your heart beats for recruiting, but you are also able to cover all People Operations topics - you are an all-rounder!

  • A hands-on mindset and a results- & data-oriented work approach

  • Team player who is also able to work independently

  • You represent our company with enthusiasm and passion

  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and G Suite
