What you will do
Advising the leadership team and be the general point of contact for your colleagues for any HR related topics to co-develop and foster a great employee experience
You will lead the People & Culture team on an interim basis
Together with the team you are responsible for all topics in terms of People Operations: including but not limited to preparing contracts, managing employee data in our HR Software (Personio) as single source of truth, preparing the monthly payroll, onboarding and offboarding of employees
You find the best talent for gitti through a variety of channels and recruiting activities
You keep our ATS up to date and use provided data to make sharp decisions
You accompany our candidates through the entire process, build a long-term relationship with talents and thereby ensure an excellent candidate experience
Project based work, such as e.g. driving our Employer Branding activities to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, Health Management, and much more
You become a respected and trusted partner of our Leadership Team and our Managing Directors
