Your Tasks
  • Manage all salary-relevant information of our German workforce for preparatory payroll including benefit plans and leave administration
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and leadership to provide support for all employee-related matters
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
  • Create employee documents, e. g. employment agreements, amendments, promotion letters
  • Co-develop and promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve employee experience and efficiency of our HR operations
  • Actively participate in international HR projects
Your Profile
  • Ideally, you have 1-2 years of previous experience working in a similar role in HR
  • Solid knowledge of German employment/labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage, ideally with Personio
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
  • You work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented manner with an openness to learn new things every day
