Head of People Management
About Climate Analytics
Climate Analytics is an influential, well-regarded climate science and policy institute, established in 2008 to support vulnerable countries – Small Island Developing States and Least Developed Countries – in their push for ambitious climate action in the UN climate negotiations and the implementation of mitigation and adaptation solutions on the ground.
We undertake extensive research on climate change and make the latest science accessible to policymakers to help spur action to tackle climate change and adapt to its impacts. We also support governments of developing countries in translating their climate targets and pledges into mitigation and adaptation strategies and accessing international climate finance to facilitate their implementation.
We analyse the implications of policy choices in light of the latest science, which shows that the world must rapidly decarbonise to avoid the worst of climate change impacts. Our assessments show governments how they can act on their policies to keep warming to 1.5°C, the Paris Agreement temperature limit.
Our vibrant, international team is composed of more than 120 staff, about half of whom are based at our headquarters in Berlin, with others in our offices in New York, Lomé, Perth, Trinidad & Tobago and Kathmandu, and working in other locations all over the world.
