Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist (f/m/d)

- You enjoy creating an outstanding hiring experience throughout the whole recruiting process for the applicants as well as for internal stakeholders
- You are owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting process, especially of all tech-related roles (e.g. development, IT)
- You are the first point of contact for our leadership team regarding vacancies and you are able to extract and define the necessary and relevant information for the recruiting process
- You conduct initial interviews with interested candidates to ensure the cultural fit
- You identify the latest recruiting trends and are able to define and implement suitable and innovative recruiting strategies to find the best talents
- You build and manage talent networks by creating talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs using all available talent sources as well as researching, testing, and evaluating new tools on a regular basis
- You enjoy creating and implementing a convincing employer branding concept
- You work closely with our People & Organization team and the business units on exciting projects and improving all internal People & Organization processes
Because you have a lot to offer!
- You have gained at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a tech company
- You bring substantial knowledge and experience within the field of talent acquisition and Active Sourcing
- You understand the fiercely competitive tech market and are able to advice the team on the best practices to attract and retain talents
- You are proficient in working with KPIs, being able to derive conclusions and actions based on your analysis
- You are an open-minded, empathetic teamplayer, with a passion for People topics and always looking for continuous improvement, while working in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
- Your German and English skills, both oral and written, are excellent and enable you to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
