PR & Digital Media Manager (m/w/d)

Should you be attracted by PR, communication and digital media and benefit from at least 5 years’ relevant experience in this field, then this opportunity might just fit with your aspirations! You will be responsible for PR & digital budget, including PO process / vendor process / invoicing.

You will be successful by managing the following key missions:

Manage all press related topics for Germany, Northern / Eastern Europe:

• Nurture and drive qualitative relationship with press to ensure a strong coverage and further develop the brand awareness in the region
• Coordinate all launches and key activations, by sharing press material, meeting press on a regular basis and ensure successful results
• Contribute to the preparation of press events by proposing relevant guests list, follow rsvp, attend the event itself and ensure post-event follow-up
• Manage press related translations
• Produce qualitative presentation and reporting

Develop a network of relevant bloggers and influencers:

• Identify the key trends on the watch scene, as well as influential persons with relevant connection to the Maison
• Connect and develop successful and meaningful partnerships

Manage digital media for Central Europe (including Switzerland):

• Lead digital media activations by negotiating with all parties (media agency / HQ / Partners)
• Work on digital media packages for key Partners and on digital coops with all other Partners in general, following the annual media and Marketing plan
• Manage media related translations (ads / newsletters / websites …)
• Be the point of contact to ensure proper e-Com presence in Central Europe (website, translations)

About you

• At least 5 years of experience in communication within the luxury segments ideally within watches & jewelry industry. Preferable previous international experience and/or in corporate communication roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German & English at a professional knowledge. French is a plus
• Extensive knowledge in the field of public relation and digital communication
• Well-experienced people manager & charismatic personality, able to stimulate a collaborative and transversal approach
• Change activator, able to quickly adapt to different environments and situations and to inspire a constant innovation process, creativity, and openness
• Result-oriented analytical thinker with strong strategical view and business acumen
• Well organized with exceptional attention to detail and brand image
• High level of self-motivation and reliability; as well as able to work highly independent and at the same time with team-orientation
• Confident user of the MS Office package and SAP
