YOU ACT

You are responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications activities for Center of Excellence Lang Products. The position is part of SMS group's global communications and marketing team and functions as interface between Center of Excellence and Corporate Communications & Marketing. In addition:

• Responsible and versatile role with great impact on the development and expansion of the marketing function.
• Develop strategic marketing and communication concepts, coordinate effective implementation and measure success. Collaborate with senior management to ensure strategy execution.
• Create content with consistent, targeted, and impactful messages for internal and externa I communication via print and online media - including a Social Media strategy
• Create attractive formats and multimedia content, including content specifications for film & photo shoots, for the various target groups
• Support conception and preparation of relevant trade fairs, events and conferences
• Advise internal stakeholders, such as technical sales, on communication issues

YOU KNOW

You have a successfully completed business administration, marketing or communications university degree or a comparable qualification. Also important to us are:

• Minimum three years of professional experience, worked in similar capacity
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with highest quality standards
• Demonstrated experience with social media
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, image editing programs and web content management systems
• Good technical understanding and interest in plant engineering
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• High degree of creativity, initiative, result orientation
• Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
• Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
