Junior Recruiting Specialist (m|f|d)

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Recruiting Specialist to support our growing business and help us find the best new team members!

• You are responsible for managing and leading the application process.
• You source international candidates in English and German and carry out recruiting measures while working closely with our product leads and the rest of the team.
• You use all possible channels to recruit new staff: social media campaigns or classic job advertisements, participation in job fairs and other events as well as active sourcing.
• You grow and maintain our instructor and candidate pool.
• You always have an eye on the candidate market and constantly identify new trends.
• You open up new recruiting channels.

YOUR SKILLS

• You have first experience (1-2 years), preferably in the field of tech recruiting.
• You communicate confidently in German and English (C1+), both orally and in writing. Other languages are a plus.
• You enjoy networking on social media and thrive on active sourcing.
• You know your way around candidate management (personio) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing Talent Manager,…).
• You are passionate about new technologies and have a solid knowledge of IT terminology (e.g. common programming languages).
• You are a true team player and your charming personality makes it easy for you to convince our candidates of WBS CODING SCHOOL.
• Please note that your permanent residence must be in Germany, Austria, Spain or Portugal.
