Apart from the two colleagues in the People Team who are looking extremely forward to you, we have ca. 65 colleagues distributes over our four offices, united by our passion for travelling. You will work closely with all of our colleagues to be able to discover the hidden and obvious knowledge, to develop and train them.

As our first Learning & Development Specialist you are the Initiator, the driver and leader for the design of the learning & development strategy and programmes at Pro Sky. Our aim is to have highly skilled colleagues who not only want to but are also enabled to continuously grow and learn. Building on your expertise, you will play a vital rote in reaching our ambitious goals by:

• Designing and implementing a learning & development strategic roadmap for each profile.
• Designing our learning & development programmes with potential career plans.
• Evaluation, together with our colleagues, the learning needs and defining objectives to realize business goals.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to design effective L&D resources and platforms with the goal to have impactful L&D content and formats, including onboarding / initial training and skill assessment.
• Supporting design and delivery of change initiatives, best practice exchange, and further improve relevance of programs and self service offerings.
• Driving innovation and usage of state-of-the-art tools and technology.
• Continuously evaluating the impact and quality of training programmes incl. their improvement.
• Consolidating all of the training and communication in a single knowledge management portal.
• Selecting and cooperating with external trainers and training companies.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU...

...are totally in line with what is written above ☺, completed with the following:

• Excellent communication skills in English. Good command of German or French is a plus.
• A high ES, cultural awareness and compassion paired with excellent communication and listening skills.
• 4+ years of LD experience in a corporate environment. You have experience in developing training strategy and understanding of different training methods and channels as well as in designing, developing and delivering training material.
• Excellent analytical skills that enable you, when extracting the "secret sauce", to identify the essential competencies that create value.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Broad knowledge of plus being extremely comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning space, including online/Blended learning.
• You enjoy and are able to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviours.
• You show initiative, ownership, and results-orientation together with problem solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• You completed successfully your studies of psychology, pedagogy or economics with major in HR and ...
• ... you have a strong sense of humour.
