Regional HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your tasks.

  • Identify standardization possibilities and best practices across the group companies, facilitate the respective working groups
  • Support with analysis, action plan and follow up to improve the performance of the respective teams and organizations, also share the lessons learned to ensure transparency and high level of HR service
  • Ensure the correct implementation and regular follow up of the processes, projects and policies across the divisions of the company
  • Ensure compliance of group and regional policies with the relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate the regional activities with the HR community such as employee engagement, sustainability, talent development and retention
  • Performs thorough investigations to resolve complaints and issues, while involving the Head of HR in high-risk situations
  • Counsels management and answers employee questions regarding corrective action, performance management, compensation, training, organizational development, employment, systems and other HR matters
  • Supports the arrangements of regional meetings, events and trainings
  • Act as a point of contact for the regional HR team and Management in the respective topics
  • Assists with cascading and fostering the company values, support the new initiatives

Your profile.

  • First experience in an HR role in international environments
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant area
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and HR best practices, experience in recruiting
  • Proven ability to collaborate and to influence stakeholders across various levels
  • It is imperative that this person be flexible, organized, focused, has strong attention to detail, proactive and have excellent follow-up skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment, resilient, open minded and people/service oriented
  • Experience using and analysing data, prepare and present reports to the management
  • Familiar with coordinating and managing global projects
  • Strong project reporting and controlling expertise
    Strong results-orientation and practical judgement, working hands-on and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
