Qualifications

Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire:

  • Professionals with first leadership experience and work experience e.g. in the field of Change Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & and the implementation and running of cloud based solution at least for12 months
  • International experience of at least 6 months
  • Excellent academic university degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Economics with specialization in Human Resource & Business Informatics, Industrial Engineer
  • Ability to communicate with different management levels
  • Fluent in Business English and good German skills
  • Significant agile mindset
  • Impressive social engagement
  • High Level of IT affinity and digital know & in-depth knowledge in Python, R, C++, or JAVA
  • High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
  • Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
  • Agile working methods skills
  • A research-based mentality and decision-making driven by data!
