HR Manager

Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to ensure that all human resources (HR) services are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and the Schlafender Hase culture and working environment. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

An HR Manager must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to prioritize and manage programs and lead agencies while also possessing a strong strategic mindset. This role reports to the Managing Director based in our Frankfurt am Main Office.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage and further set up our HR Platform to streamline and support HR processes and services like payroll, recruiting, performance evaluations, and trainings
  • Develop corporate plans for various HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
  • Review and implement required changes according to new regulations and new or different practices established by the company
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
  • Manage and participate in HR-related projects
  • Make recommendations that shape operational strategy
Your profile
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Human Resources
  • Full understanding of the way a growing B2B SaaS organization operates to meet its objectives
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Dynamic and solution-orientated character
  • Experience in leading HR and working with HR platforms
  • A good team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and locations
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and be flexible and resilient in a changing environment
  • Ability to make decisions that require interpretive thinking and some judgment in developing solutions
  • Mastery of written and spoken German and English
  • Possess a valid passport/ working permit for Germany
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
