Global HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Global HR Business Partner! With your consulting expertise, you will contribute significantly to the achievement of our strategic goals in Human Resources / People & Organization. In our efficient and goaloriented HR structures, you will be in active exchange with other stakeholders and a valuable sparring partner for our colleagues as well. Thanks to your in-depth know-how and as a first point of contact for all HR-related issues, you can offer real added value to our managers.
Your area of responsibility:
- As Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) you advise and support managers in all people-related topics and act as a sparring partner with strong implementation skills
- You coordinate and accompany change processes in your area of responsibility and participate in the development and execution of (HR) projects
- Active participation in the design and implementation of global concepts along our company strategy is part of your job
- In coordination with the line managers, you define personnel requirements, align with relevant interfaces, and drive all relevant measures to ensure smooth and efficient employee lifecycle management on individual and department level
- As an internal consultant, you will be actively involved in personnel cost planning both at local and global level
- Your day-to-day business also includes trustworthy interface management between managers, employees, and codetermination bodies
What we look for:
- You have a degree in business administration, psychology, law, or a comparable qualification
- With relevant professional experience as a Business Partner in Human Resources, ideally from a customer-oriented and international environment, you have been able to achieve tangible successes in the past
- Your consulting competence, potentially in combination with a corresponding further training as a systemic consultant or coach, is proven
- With strong communication skills and assertiveness, you are a trusted partner of your stakeholders and achieve business impact together with them
- Your entrepreneurial thinking as well as your methodical, committed, and ambitious working methods are in line with your high degree of trustworthiness and allow you to deal effectively with change and multiple competing priorities
- You can demonstrate sound experience in employment law regarding individual and collective legal issues
- Very good English and German language skills and a confident handling of MS-Office as well as SAP, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, are required
