Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)
Your Role
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to help us manage employment in our growing business. You will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department through the entire employee lifecycle, including: Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Human Resource Analysis, Workplace Health and Safety and Employer-Employee Relations. With our HR Software, PERSONIO, you can efficiently oversee, coordinate and analyse all operative employee processes. You will also be supported by a team of experienced and highly motivated assistants who specialise in one or more of these employee processes. In close collaboration with our partner HR Team at ESMT Berlin, you will oversee and further develop all operative HR processes. You will be considered a discussion partner and advisor, providing guidance to E.CA’s Managing Directors on HR best practices
Your initial focus will be on two HR topics: Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Analysis.
In Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for all processes involved in recruitment, selection and hiring. Your tasks will include:
- Providing and developing job descriptions in compliance with best practices
- Strengthening our employer branding in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Marketing Department
- Arranging our company presence at relevant career fairs in Europe
- Organising communication with job candidates, short-listing and scheduling interviews with the most promising candidates
- Conducting interviews with candidates applying for the Business Services Team
- Steering the onboarding and orientation process
In Human Resources Analysis you will evaluate and further develop employee performance and compensation management. Your tasks will include:
- Collecting and processing employee information related to HR issues and costs
- Data management and analysis of employee compensation and benefits
- Steering, preparing and participating in interim and year-end appraisal talks
- Maintaining and developing our internal processes and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Your Profile
- University graduate, preferably with a degree in Industrial Organisational Psychology or in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management (career changers with relevant qualifications welcome)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines
- Very good writing and verbal communication skills in English, a good knowledge of German is desirable
- Influential team player with a strong drive to build a positive working environment
- Proficient command of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of professional discretion
- Good understanding of or willingness to become familiar with German, Belgian and UK labour law, in close collaboration with our HR partner team at ESMT Berlin
