Coordinator International Trainings (all genders)

Your mission
For our international trainings focusing mainly on mediation, negotiation support, national dialogue & peace education we are looking for a Learning & Development professional to enter the team as Coordinator International Trainings (all genders).
As an interface role between our trainers, internal project managers, external contacts and the participants you are the focal point for a successful training process.

Overview of the position:
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Starting date: As soon as possible / Location: Berlin
Duration: limited contract for 24 months with the objective of long-term cooperation

Your main tasks:
  • Design, implementation and management of all Standard Operations Procedures in training management support (need analysis, surveying of training components within our projects, marketing assistance by checking concepts notes/proof reading, actual planning and implementation procedures, training evaluation and reporting)
  • Provide coordination support to various training, including preparation and coordination of registrations, invitations, materials, technical support
  • You communicate with internal and/or external participants all details in a timely and professional manner
  • You provide (online) technical support during trainings if possible
  • You improve quality by including feedback surveys, M&E, documentation and reporting into the standard processes
  • You support the department management by mapping out training plans and schedules with the objective to ease efficient personnel planning
  • Together with our finance managers, you ensure correct invoicing and administrative integration into the international projects.

Your knowledge, experience & skills
  • Ideally, you have a Bachelor degree in the commercial or HR-related field or comparable diploma
  • For this role you need several years prior professional experience in related roles - such as training manager, L & D- coordinator, HR team assistant, HR officer or others
  • First experience in professional marketing of trainings is a plus
  • You have an intuitive sense for participant needs and promote an enriching learning atmosphere
  • You speak excellent English and very good German
  • Good writing and editing skills in both languages
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from all over the world
  • You are confident with the MS Office package as well as with common online event tools such as Zoom
  • Strong ability to work with perseverance as part of a team as well as independently

The contract duration of the full-time position is initially limited for 24 months, depending on the availability of funds, and should start as soon as possible.
