Team Leader Human Resources (m/f/d)

• As op­er­at­ive team lead­er, you will guide all HR pro­cesses from on­board­ing to exit and also be in­volved in the daily op­er­a­tion­al busi­ness
• You will lead, coach and mo­tiv­ate two HR pro­fes­sion­als to de­liv­er ef­fect­ive HR ser­vices and sup­port the busi­ness
• De­vel­op and im­ple­ment HR policies, pro­ced­ures and pro­grams that align with the com­pany's mis­sion and val­ues
• Drive em­ploy­ee en­gage­ment ini­ti­at­ives and sup­port em­ploy­ee re­la­tions
• Co­oper­ate with the works coun­cil to cre­ate an en­ga­ging work en­vir­on­ment and fair salary lev­el­ing ac­cord­ing to ERA col­lect­ive wage agree­ment
• En­sure an ac­cur­ate payroll to­geth­er with an ex­tern­al ser­vice pro­vider
• Sup­port­ the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and drive the op­tim­iz­a­tion and di­git­al­iz­a­tion of HR pro­cesses
• Loc­al, re­gion­al and glob­al re­port­ing

• HR-re­lated de­gree and first ex­per­i­ence in a lead­er­ship role
• Ideally, soft­ware im­ple­ment­a­tion ex­per­i­ence, at best with SAP Suc­cess­Fact­ors 
• Ex­cel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion and in­ter­per­son­al skills
• Strong know­ledge of HR laws and reg­u­la­tions
• Strong project man­age­ment skills and ex­per­i­ence in lead­ing HR ini­ti­at­ives
• Ex­per­i­ence in the auto­mot­ive or en­gin­eer­ing in­dustry
• Flu­ent Ger­man and Eng­lish is a must
