What awaits you at Mynaric
- You own the end-to-end administration processes with support from the HR Administrators, from recruitment, onboarding (with specific emphasis on visa and relocation matters), offboarding and all other administrative processes in between
- In partnership with management and co-workers, you will be responsible to support and consult employees in your designated teams throughout their employee lifecycle including on- and offboarding, recruitment, engagement and development
- In close collaboration with our Technical Recruiter you own the end-to-end recruiting process of roles assigned to you in order to find the best and most motivated talents
- You actively support the development of our colleagues in conjunction with the Head of HR
- In collaboration with the HR Team, you propose, develop and implement new solutions to improve HR efficiency, accuracy and overall quality
- You contribute to making Mynaric the best place to work, every day!
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed training as a Human Resources Specialist or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of relevant Human Resources professional experience, preferably in a fast-growing company operating in an international environment
- You have deep experience with payroll preparation and visa processes, as well as dealing with relevant authorities
- Reliable, accurate work ethic and attention to detail
- You take ownership for your function and understand that success can only be achieved in a team
- Independent, proactive and structured approach to work in line with existing processes
- High level of integrity and accountability
- You have very good communication skills and strong social skills, without forgetting the necessary degree of discretion and loyalty
- You have a structured and conscientious way of working as well as a high level of service orientation and willingness to learn
- You are well-versed in the use of common MS Office programs
- Business fluent in German and English is a must
