Head of Talent Acquisition & Retention (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Develop, manage and implement global recruiting and retention strategies and processes considering the future needs and key talent segments of EOS
  • Build a strong employer brand supporting best-in-class recruiting programs based on state-of- the-art approaches
  • Ensure understanding of current and future talent needs and related recruiting demands
  • Build global internal and external pipelines of potential candidates for key talent segments and leverage innovative sourcing approaches
  • Leverage best practice processes, data and tools and bring innovation to the talent acquisition approach
  • Provide top candidate experience while driving diversity and inclusion throughout the recruiting and onboarding journey
  • Evaluate a diversity and inclusion TA strategy and progress through a data driven approach: provide transparency and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
  • Manage existing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, career page and job boards) maximizing effectiveness and keeping the content fresh, engaging and up to date; continue to build and grow EOS presence in relevant and innovative recruitment channels and markets
  • Responsible for global talent acquisition policies, reports and processes
  • Lead your team by supporting them in their development to bring them to a next level
  • Define, implement and drive long-term and short-term retention measures for our EOS employees; you will work closely with your peers and partners inside and outside of the HR team to monitor and improve this important topic
  • Ensure that all occupational safety measures are observed and implemented, and that your employees are instructed accordingly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or related field and at least five years HR recruiting or generalist experience
  • Five or more years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting top talent with expertise in sourcing, social media recruiting, branding and diagnostics
  • More than three years’ experience leading a talent acquisition team preferably in a technology-driven company
  • Strong business brilliancy; thorough understanding of business goals, vision, culture, and environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence leaders, coordinate with other cross-functional colleagues internally and build relationships with all levels in an organization
  • Strong understanding of change management and organizational changes
  • Solid understanding of process optimization, data usage and project management
  • Experienced in agile collaboration methods
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in English and German
