Oversee the Performance Management Process.
Manage the benefits programs (including our VSOP).
Create employee career paths, e.g., development options (salary, benefits, and skills) for Team Lead/Technical Expert/Project Manager.
Continuously improve ESG, DEI, and compliance regulations.
Ensure onboarding delivers fast and sustainable high engagement and performance.
Ensure all P&O policies and processes are compliant with relevant employment laws.
Ensure we deliver high-quality internal communications and change management.
10 years plus experience in Human Resources / HR
Experience with contract negotiations, salary bands, budgeting of ESOP shares
Proven track record in developing P&O policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
Hands-on experience with workforce planning in hiring high-quality employees, at a high volume, and pace
Experience in designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development, and talent management programs
Fluent in German and English (must)
Working knowledge of Personio (nice to have)
