For our Global Reputation Management department in Cologne we are looking for an
International PR & Communications Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Interface function between national departments and Global Corporate Communications team in the area of PR & Communications
- Development and establishment of quality standards and international guidelines
- Consulting and support of DKMS locations in the development and implementation of PR concepts & communication strategies
- Creation and implementation of PR concepts and communication strategies in the area of global corporate communications
- Development of DKMS key messages to ensure consistent branding and communication internationally
- Conducting training for new and existing employees in the area of PR & communications
- Supporting international crisis communication
- Creating and editing editorial content, statements and speeches for international use, both internally and externally - primarily in the English language
- Ability to convey medical/scientific topics in an easily digestible language for the general public
- Steering and coordination of international projects
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully completed studies (master's degree/diploma) with a focus on communication science or comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in an international working environment
- Strong in conception and annual planning PR
- Proven track record in B2B communications
- Very good knowledge in all disciplines of PR: media relations, corporate publishing (instruments of PR), event formats, editorial activities and crisis communication in an international context
- Very good project management skills
- Advanced copywriting and content creation skills
- Very good intercultural skills as well as strong empathy, contact and communication skills
- Excellent English skills (native speaker level)
- Increased willingness to travel and high flexibility
