Main responsibilities
- Guiding and supporting employees and managers through People & Culture processes and key central initiatives
- Actively partners with Senior People Business Partners to develop plans for implementation and communication of key People & Culture processes
- Supports operational components of organizational changes
- Preparation and support of collective agreements and negotiations with workers council
- Proactively encourages all line managers and employees to utilize OneSupport
- Supports specific data and analytic needs for People Business Partners and internal clients for Frankfurt and Cologne sites (M&S CHC Population)
- Acts as a project team member in defined cross-functional P&C projects to further develop our processes, systems and policies landscape
About you
Education and professional Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or similar related degree
- Ideally prior experience in HR role with client facing responsibility or experience in change management role
Soft skills
- Fast learner and ability to quickly adapt and getting things done in a fast changing and complex environment (Stretch)
- Ability to build trustful relationships to colleagues, internal customers and stakeholders to find best solutions (Think One Sanofi)
- Willingness to take responsibility for results and outcome-oriented way of working (Take Action)
Technical skills
- SAP, Workday knowledge desirable
- Good presentation skills
Languages
- Strong verbal and written communicator in German and English language
