Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

As our Compliance Manager (m/f/d) you will provide support to the Compliance Team in further developing, implementing, promoting an effective Compliance Program which will ensure alignment with internal and external requirements within the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager Compliance in the EMEA-wide expansion, maintenance, further development and updating of the Compliance Management System and the associated documentation (e.g., Compliance Guideline and Code of Conduct)
  • Preparation, further development and maintenance of Corporate Governance documents
  • Identification and management of compliance risks
  • Monitor and oversee regulatory and legal requirements affecting the organization
  • Participate in the development of compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
  • Compliance case management including conducting investigations if needed
  • Be responsible for the sanctions screening process
  • Implementation of compliance awareness measures and trainings
  • Advising all employees and departments on compliance matters

Your profile

  • Successful degree (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience
  • Knowledge of the Compliance Management System and the relevant standards e.g. ISO 19600, 37301
  • Additional professional training/qualifications desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in a compliance department, consulting firm with a focus on compliance/forensics, audit department or comparable
  • Business fluent German and English in written and spoken
  • Confident, empathetic behaviour and strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity to facilitate investigation of the facts of a compliance case
