People Operations Development & Culture Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
As a People Operations Development & Culture Manager at BigRep, you are a critical part of our growing company and People Team and are responsible for the employee’s growth and success in the unique space of 3D printing and additive manufacturing! The focus of this position is all about the people and the culture – their development, success, contributions to the BigRep culture and the benefits that support their well-being. You will have direct planning and execution responsibility for global onboarding (EMEA, USA and ASIA), off-boarding, benefits and L&D.

In addition, these are some activities that round off your task profile:

  • Research in benefits options and administration of benefits globally including communication, training and documentation
  • Continuous improvement of the onboarding process including communication, training, documentation and workplace safety measures (in cooperation with our office management)
  • Continuous improvement of the off-boarding process including communication, training, documentation
  • Planning of team building events and meetings including all-hands, all company activities & meetings (in cooperation with office manager)
  • Working closely with the Director People to plan the L&D strategy and execute the various programs throughout the organization
  • Setting up and managing feedback surveys for employee engagement including eNPS and engagement surveys, with follow up on feedback
  • Coordination of activities for employees important milestones
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on human resources management
  • 3-5 years’ experience in as a people operations / human resources in a company at least of 100 employees, preferably technology
  • Experience with accelerated growth scenario or merger
  • High level of organizational skills and independent, careful, and structured way of working
  • Discretion and a high sense of responsibility
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
  • Very good communication skills in spoken and written English, German a +
  • Hands-on mentality

About us
Making large-scale 3D printing an affordable reality for small to medium-sized business was the dream that launched BigRep in 2014. A few employees in a Berlin loft built the BigRep ONE printer prototype that kick-started the business. Now almost 100 employees in three locations work together in our industrial 3D printer manufacturing company and three printer models have already been released.

We are one of the most recognizable large-scale 3D printing brands and have been successfully transitioning from prototype to end-use part production.
