Your mission
As a People Operations Development & Culture Manager at BigRep, you are a critical part of our growing company and People Team and are responsible for the employee’s growth and success in the unique space of 3D printing and additive manufacturing! The focus of this position is all about the people and the culture – their development, success, contributions to the BigRep culture and the benefits that support their well-being. You will have direct planning and execution responsibility for global onboarding (EMEA, USA and ASIA), off-boarding, benefits and L&D.

- Research in benefits options and administration of benefits globally including communication, training and documentation
- Continuous improvement of the onboarding process including communication, training, documentation and workplace safety measures (in cooperation with our office management)
- Continuous improvement of the off-boarding process including communication, training, documentation
- Planning of team building events and meetings including all-hands, all company activities & meetings (in cooperation with office manager)
- Working closely with the Director People to plan the L&D strategy and execute the various programs throughout the organization
- Setting up and managing feedback surveys for employee engagement including eNPS and engagement surveys, with follow up on feedback
- Coordination of activities for employees important milestones
