HR Compensation and Benefits Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks.

  • Optimize and standardize the respective salary structures through internal and external job benchmarks
  • Create and maintain compensation overviews, salary histories and follow-up the annual reviews of management
  • Advise on remuneration structures, market-relevant remuneration classification and other remuneration-related topics, counsel the senior management in the respective comp & ben cases
  • Contribute in renewal of union agreements and support respective negotiations
  • Implement reporting guidelines and follow-up of the compliance with the units
  • Support the ongoing projects with relevant market data and country/entity specific analysis throughout the budget process
  • Contribute throughout the due diligence processes, participate and support restructuring activities and acquisitions
  • Support in reviewing, standardizing and revising bonus systems and incentive programs
  • Provide guidance in regards to the consolidate and analysis of the manpower reports within the region
  • Main counterpart in the respective regional legal cases, support the management and the HR counterparts throughout the process

Your profile.

  • Degree in economics with a focus on human resources or comparable subject area
  • 7+ years relevant experience in the respective field, in an international company
  • Knowledge and experience in benchmarking, in building and implementing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems, strong analytical skill
  • Strong communication skills, able to address the respective topics to all seniority levels
  • Familiar with labour legislations, experience in handling labour cases
  • Practical experience in (agile) project management and with cross-functional, international teams
  • Proactive, collaborative and self-driven approach
