HR Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Lead strategic improvement, planning and coordination of global HR projects, processes and initiatives for EOS
- You focus on HR operations, digitalization, process metrics standardization and optimization in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- As part of the HR Leadership team, reporting to the Director Global of HR, you contribute significantly to setting and effectively managing our HR priorities and stakeholders
- Coordinate global project teams, manage strategic project planning and prioritization using agile methodologies
- Lead end-to-end processes for HR transformation projects, enable and optimize user friendly HR processes within Workday, proactively collecting needs and addressing concerns to cultivate easy usage of our HR processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Extensive program management experience with Workday or similar HR Systems in global implementation projects
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Pragmatic problem-solver with a resilient and composed approach in uncoordinated environments
- Embrace transforming activities into data-driven, streamlined workflows, driving continuous improvements
- Experienced in stakeholder governance and management, confident in engaging with different hierarchies and target groups
- Change management expertise for global HR Systems and process transformations
- Fluent in English and German
