HR Business Partner international (m/f/d)
We, EOS – world market leader for 3D printing, are looking for you to support our HR Leadership team in Krailling.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- You are the reliable sparring partner for the managers in designated business units for all people-related matters – nationally and internationally, operationally and strategically.
- You are the trustworthy go-to person for our employees as well. As such, you are the compass for the satisfaction of our employees as well as the atmosphere in the company.
- You take care of the employee administration in your business units, such as issuing employee agreements and other relevant documents in cooperation with international law firms, attorneys, payroll providers, recruiting agencies or foreign authorities.
- You monitor the consistent compliance of legal regulations as well as internal HR processes and guidelines.
- You passionately support the managers of the organization with the strategic development of their business units.
- You happily recruit new employees for EOS and you maintain a close relationship with our worker’s councils.
- You actively shape our HR landscape by participating in exciting projects on an international level.
This position ist temporary for two years, part time is possible.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Completed master’s degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Proven skills in individual and collective labour law
- Solid experience in working with works councils
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
