The U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Payroll Liaison Assistant (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

This position serves as Post Frankfurt's expert on all payroll related questions and is the main timekeeper for time and attendance (T&A) records for approximately 350 locally hired- and 550 U.S. Direct-Hire employees.

Your Profile

You have completed either a full-fledged vocational training in a commercial work area (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or two (2) years of college/university studies with coursework on Business Management, Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences or Liberal Arts.

HVAC Mechanic (m/f/d)

The U.S. Embassy Berlin is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of HVAC Mechanic (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

In this position you will be employed as a journeyman level Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanic to carry out skilled maintenance and repair work throughout the Clayallee Annex building. You will focus on critical and non-critical electrical components within the functional/office buildings, on-compound ancillary support and residential buildings, other owned/leased properties, as well as above and below ground infrastructures.

Your Profile

You have completed your secondary school as well as a specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized to produce journeyman level HVAC mechanical technicians and mechanical system specialist.
You were also able to gain prior work experience at the journeyman level in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and/or other mechanical system digital building controls with interfacing to the building automation systems.
