We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our HR Operations Team in Krailling (hybrid work possible / part time min. 32 h / week possible).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Lead strategic improvement and coordination of global HR Operations projects and initiatives for EOS
- Focus on HR Operations topics, digitalization, process metrics standardization, and optimization in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Drive effective stakeholder management to ensure project success and garner support throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate global project teams, manage strategic planning and prioritization using agile methodologies
- Oversee end-to-end processes for HR transformation projects, enabling user-friendly HR processes within Workday and developing strategies for expanding HR services internationally
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Extensive program and project management experience with Workday or similar HR Systems in global implementation projects
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations across different countries
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and HR technology solutions is essential
- Deep Knowledge in transforming activities into data-driven, streamlined workflows, driving continuous improvements
- Experienced in stakeholder governance and management, confident in engaging with different hierarchies and target groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
