HR Specialist (m/f/d) Cross-divisional Development Program
Location: Wesel near Düsseldorf

Exciting tasks await you – Join us in shaping ALTANA's HR transformation. As HR Specialist you will be involved in our cross-divisional development program. Your key responsibilities include:

• Taking on national and international HR tasks, also in day-to-day operations
• Participation in / management of HR projects in the divisions, regions and CoE
• Contribution to the HR transformation project

• Master's degree in HR or other relevant fields, such as organizational psychology or business administration with a focus on HR 
• Experience in operational and conceptual HR work, including employment law practice
• Profound understanding of HR operational processes
• Systematic and conceptual approach
• Strong advisory skills, customer orientation, and team spirit
• High level of intercultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence coupled with a global mindset and integrity
• Willingness to change location and to relocate and travel (nationally and internationally) during and after the program
