Your role
The Rigaku Europe organization currently consists of approximately 100 people in Germany, the UK, France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional who supports the Rigaku Europe Human Resources Manager and wants to make a significant impact on a dynamic company. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and support our business in driving strategic HR initiatives with the following main tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- Payroll preparation for the associated countries
- Organisation and monitoring of time recording
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
- Employee on- and offboarding
- Advising management on HR issues
- Support of employees in all personnel-related matters
- Implementation of staff development measures
- Administration of personnel files and data
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or completed studies with focus on human resources
- Professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a small or medium-sized enterprise
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Independent and structured working style
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
