Your area of responsibility:

  • Develop and constantly improve Global HR People Development strategy
  • Lead a team of HR People Development professionals
  • Responsible for personnel and budget planning
  • Create a "Leadership Framework" (Values ​​& Competencies) and operationalize it in various HR processes (e.g. Performance Review, Leadership & Development Tools etc.)
  • Further development of existing Succession Management Concept
  • Review and relaunch of current Talent and Leadership Development Programs
  • Build a global People Development community – Conducting regular calls, design and implement the HR Training Days
  • Establish a HR training framework globally and ensure the development and implementation of new E-Academy
  • Coach, facilitate and implement development across the organisational hierarchy supporting the development of leaders and employees globally
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners in Global Head Office and support them in all challenges of talent & performance management
  • Functional steering of the Learning & Development colleagues in the national companies

What we look for:

  • University degree in HR Management, psychology or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in international Learning & Development environments
  • Proven track record of leadership and having the talent to connect and inspire others
  • Ability to act effectively in a virtual matrix organisation with stakeholders at different levels (Local / Regional / Global / Corporate)
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and at the same time strong execution skills to meet annual targets
  • High experience in project management with the skillset to multitask in changing environments
  • Driver and hands-on mentality combined with the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Outstanding consulting, coaching and presentation skills
  • International, innovative and digital mindset
  • Profound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors beneficial
  • Excellent English combined with intermediate German language skills
